Isaac ChenBusiness Development Director
Mr. Isaac Chen is Business Development Director at RockTree Capital. He is responsible for external business development and client relationship in the blockchain industry. Mr. Chen has more than 15 years experience in E-commerce and retailing, including more recently crypto-investments in China.
Prior joining RockTree LEX, Mr. Chen was Founder at B-Fund, a crypto fund with both foreign and domestic LPs and has invested in over 20 projects. Mr. Chen is also Co-Founder at 3W Coffee incubator. Previously, Mr. Chen was Regional Head of Meituan, an E-commerce giant recently listed in Hong Kong, overseeing business operations for 8 provinces in China, and Cooperation Manager at Nokia China’s Internet Service Department. Mr. Chen graduated from Peking University with a major in International Politics and Economics.
